Title: Accounts Manager
Location: Bugolobi, Kampala

Position Summary
DHL is seeking someone who is self-motivated, relational, and passionate about his/her work in this marketing field. This individual will have strong communication skills, an optimistic and go-getter attitude, a propensity to serve others and the focus required to execute the company’s objectives.
Primary Responsibilities;
• Client engagement - Strengthen existing relationships with DHL’s clients and establish relationships with new clients by actively being in the field to engage with clients and add value to them by serving their needs.
• Customer service – Boost the company’s customer service by developing systems and communication methods with clients that enable DHL to better meet their needs.
• Product proposals – Develop customized proposals for clients that are relevant to their needs.
• Reporting – Maintain close communication with the Sales Manager and GM to ensure that objectives are being met and the company’s vision is being followed
Qualifications Required
1) Have a Bachelor’s degree from a credible university.
2) Driving ability and with a valid driving license.
3) Working experience in the service industry for at least 2+ years.
4) Computer skills MS Word, Excel and PPT presentation preparation
5) Knowledge of bid/ tendering procedure for both private and Government openings
6) Strong soft skills to support educational qualifications.
